For those of you that don't know: Dan had surgery on his shoulder today. The Dr. said most of the damage was around his clavicle and labrum. Fortunately Dan's rotator cuff and bicep muscles showed no signs of needing repair.
Dan is off work for the next two weeks but he will need to keep his arm in a sling for six weeks. He's on some pretty heavy pain meds so I'll be his driver for a while. I'm sure he'll enjoy that initially, but I think it will wear off once he starts getting cabin fever and I'm unavailable.
Pray for us! His lack of mobility is going to be frustrating for him, I'm sure.
