Weekend in TN: Part 1

I was able to take a quick weekend trip to see my friend, Annie. We grew up together in TN. Since I haven't seen her (aside from a few stops as I pass through town) I thought it was a great opportunity to spend some time with her.

 This is their little girl, Lexi. She's adorable, but she'll keep you on your toes. She called me "lucy" all weekend. :)

And this is there lovely home. They just moved it last year, and it suits them perfectly

The Day Has Finally Come

No, Dan isn't home yet (althought I wish that's what I was writing about). Instead, I finally have my new floors! It will take me awhile to install it all, but here's a starter picture

Quickie

Do you ever feel like the days are flying by, but you can't actually remember what you've been doing? That's me. I know I haven't written a post in a while, but  right now, as I'm sitting here, I can't think of anything I really want to write about. There have been a few variations to my schedule ( for example: I went snowboarding again), bur for the most part, every day just flows into the next. Which I'm taking as a blessing, because it means nothing bad is happening. So until I think of something worth posting just know this: everything is going great, and this deployment is flying by. So there.
